Information Technology Project Manager

As a leading software development multinational organizational, our team is expanding into India, specifically at Bangalore, India where you will have a vital role to ensure business requirements and project delivery are well planned and executed in a and cross-cultural and dynamic environment. Role Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage the software development/testing team, including software engineers and technical support staff.Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and offer career development guidance.Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, risk identify and control, delivery the project with high quality in time.Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and ensure clarity of project goals and expectations.Establish and maintain stable and positive relationships with clients.Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issuesIdentify new business opportunities to expand market share.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development strategies.Stay informed about the latest software development technologies and industry trends.Guide the team in adopting best practices and innovative technical solutions.Utilize technical tools and data analytics to manage campaigns effectively, ensuring high client satisfaction.Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.Manage weekly updates on client engagement status, facilitating transparent communication and coordination.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Candidates with project management or scrum related certification is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in the software engineering industry, with at least 2 years in team management and project management.Familiarity with software development/testing lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Rich in project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligationsUnderstand the market and its trends, competitors, opportunities, project key stakeholders and decision-making mechanism;Passionate, Self-motivated, energetic, creative, results oriented, and be able to work under pressure and independently;Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
