Public Relations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Role - PR Account Manager Location - Mumbai We are seeking a Public Relations Manager with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team and help us drive and execute effective PR strategies that will enhance brand reputation for clients and drive business growth for the company. The aim of this role is to engage and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholder such as clients and journalist. You will be closely working with cross-functional teams and the leadership team of the organization across different forms of media.Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients to build strong working relationships, understand each client's needs, and provide service options/guidance for their unique requirementsCoordinate with various teams within the organization to ensure that our clients get the best possible service experienceBuild and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and bloggers.Develop compelling content such as press releases, authored articles, briefing documents, media kits, and other materials to communicate with media and clients for day-to-day PR requirementsSecure media coverage in print, online, and broadcast media outletsMonitor and analyse media coverage and report findingsStay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborationsPlan and coordinate media events such as press conferences for product launches and influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, etc.Handle crisis communications and manage any negative media coverageProactively support new business development and lead pitch efforts in collaboration with the leadership teamUndertake additional tasks/projects/initiatives that contribute to the team and organizationRequirements: Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in a public relations agencyExperience in the FMCG, Lifestyle, and Hospitality sectors is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key media contactsDemonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative PR strategiesExposure to the digital ecosystem as well as influencers and bloggersProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteComfortable working on tight deadlines in a dynamic environmentInterested candidates kindly email your CV at alrina.alvares@rkswamy.com PRB
