Job details
1. Responsible for detailed electrical design for construction equipment, starts fromreceiving inputs / bench-marking, circuit designing, components selection, harnessdesign as per NPD process2. Responsible for DFMEA, DFM, DFS, DFA of electrical systems3. Project management, CFT interaction and support4. Responsible for addressing customer complaints through CAPA process( Gemba,RCA, CA, PA), should be knowledgeable in WHY-WHY, Fish-bone,Pareto,Causeand verification quality tools5. Responsible for implementing engineering changes through ECM process6. Responsible for continuous improvement of products/process by providing kaizens,value addition, skill set improvement, technology improvements PRB
