The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delivery Management, Team Management, Client Communication, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, and Reporting within the banking sector, specifically focusing on Payments. This role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities to cultivate and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a subject matter expert on Payments within the banking domain, providing strategic insights and guidance.Manage end-to-end delivery of projects related to Payments, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles, implementing effective risk management strategies.Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to guarantee deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, key metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all levels.Act as a proactive advocate for Capco Technologies, promoting our capabilities and fostering new business opportunities through stakeholder engagement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.Proven experience 14+ years in a similar role within the banking industry, with a strong focus on Payments.In-depth knowledge of Delivery Management practices, including project planning, execution, and resource management.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Experience in client relationship management, with a track record of successfully managing stakeholder expectations.Proficiency in risk management methodologies and quality assurance processes.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) or Agile methodologies.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Payments.Why Join Us:Capco Technologies offers a stimulating and supportive work environment where innovation is encouraged and excellence is rewarded.
