Associate Director Market Research

Job Overview We are looking for an Associate Director (AD) to join our market research team and provide oversight for the team in India (Currently ~5 MR India staff). • This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the India team, which will include: • Reviewing deliverables (internal and external) before they are shared with project leads • Helping develop research materials (e.g. questionnaires, screeners, discussion guides, topline slides, final reports, etc.), providing feedback and guidance to junior staff as necessary • Managing day-to-day workload for the India team, ensuring support is reallocated based on capacity/priorities • Coaching and mentoring staff in India • Ensuring junior members meet deadlines for project timelines • Overseeing communication with clients • Managing/Overseeing Market Research engagements from start to finish- from proposal writing to final presentation • They should have a strong background of hands-on research in terms of design and presentation creation. • They will guide, train, and coach juniors and will have line management responsibilities. As a new role, the short-term focus will be on managing the OffShore team with the potential to transition to leading engagements. • Ideally, this individual will have qualitative and quantitative experience in primary market research, but we would also entertain candidates who only have experience in quant. Qualifications: • A strong educational background (a Bachelor's degree as a minimum)• 7+ years' experience in a market research agency • Experience working in healthcare or pharmaceutical projects • Ideally experience in both qual and quant, quant is necessary • A desire to work in a client-focused, commercial environment • Desire to coach and mentor junior team members • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint Why join KMK?
