You will require strong analytical skills to optimize and analyze campaign performance and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.We're seeking an Adtech pro who thrives in a team environment, possesses exceptional communication and analytical skills, and can navigate high-pressure demands of delivering results, taking ownership, and leveraging sales opportunities.As a Team Leader you will manage, oversee and hands-on support a team of 3 Campaign Managers.Requirements: 4+ years of experience managing digital performance-based advertising campaigns1+ years of experience leading teams in the Ad-Tech industryProven experience as a media buyer or in a similar role within the advertising or marketing industryExcellent analytics skillsExcellent communication skills in English - a mustExperience with digital advertising and analytics platformsKnowledge of mobile monetization and advertisingExperience with third-party attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc)BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fieldsAbility to multitask and handle various tasks and prioritiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience in the OEM Reseller ecosystem - A plus PRB
