The services primarily include Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, IT Strategy & Consulting, and Custom Software Development.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:Lead and inspire a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and collective success.Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.Strategic Recruitment:Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the company's technical talent acquisition goals.Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies with the company's growth objectives.Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:Leverage various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive and active candidates in the technology sector.Implement innovative approaches to attract diverse candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Candidate Evaluation:Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.Provide guidance to your team in evaluating technical expertise and soft skills of candidates.Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, position specifications, and team dynamics.Foster effective communication between the recruitment team and hiring stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Implement best practices and stay updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in recruitment.Data-Driven Insights:Utilize recruitment metrics and data to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding recruitment activities and outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (master's degree is a plus).Proven experience (5 to 7 years) in technical recruitment, with a focus on roles in software development, engineering, data science, etc.Strong leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.In-depth understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus.
