Minimum RequirementsMinimum Graduate from recognized universityHaving at least 2 years of branch manager experience in sales & distribution firmCommand on MS Office SuiteSufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practicesAbility to meet sales targets and production goalsFamiliarity with industry's rules and regulationsExcellent organizational skillsResults driven and customer focusedJob DescriptionSupervising warehouse while maintaining standardized parameters of stock keeping.Dealing with miscellaneous tasks contributing towards strengthening and generating optimum levels of sales.Ensuring QMS (Quality Management System) & GDP (Good Distribution Practices) in concerned warehouses & coordinating with the Quality & Compliance team.Conducting self-inspection & QMS & GDP-related training if required.Ensuring timely monitoring and feedback of sales operations inclusive of van maintenance.Ensuring employee headcount of the branch is complete.Managing cash handling and bank deposits as per stated criteria, controlling credit supplies and cheque returns.Facilitating the business by supporting sales operations provided by senior management and principals.Monitoring the overall credit of the branch and its utilization for better sales & operations support.Visiting approved credit parties to assure timely payment recovery.
