JOB GRADE Assistant Manager
REPORTING TO Deputy Manager Finance
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time Regular (Open-Ended)
LOCATION Karachi, Pakistan
JOB PURPOSE
The Incumbent will be responsible for managing all statutory tax compliances along with management of Provident Fund Books and other accounting aspects as defined by supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation and submission of Income Tax and Sales Tax returns on periodic basis as per Tax rules.
Preparation of bank reconciliation on timely manner.
Insure Sales Tax & Income Tax ledgers are aligned with accounting records.
Provide Tax Challans to vendors/taxation authority for tax audits.
Supervise teacher's payments for the deworming project.
Management of Provident Fund Books along with audit and timely investments.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
Required Qualification
Masters in Accounting and Finance
Part Qualified ACCA,CA
Required Experience
3-4 Years of Relevant Experience.
Required Skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint ,Word)
