We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive who will manage the export business, including marketing and sales activities, and should have substantial experience in the export-import sector. A background in medical equipment sales will be considered a significant advantage. This role is based in Dubai with frequent travel to Ethiopia.ResponsibilitiesManage and expand the export business.Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and partners.Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of products.Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.Provide exceptional customer service and support.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus.Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Willingness to travel frequently to Ethiopia.Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume outlining their qualifications and relevant experience in the "apply" section and email to info@najmaconsultancy.com with your CV.
