Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 03/18/2024ResponsibilitiesAcquires and submits required documents from customers and follows up on its submittals leading up to its approval.Corresponds with the customer.Prepares and follows up on projects/maintenance agreements prior to the agreement expiry date.Posts the signed maintenance/projects agreement to the Oracle System.Prepares and issues maintenance/projects invoices as per the contract.Follows up on outstanding payments from clients.Coordinates with the site engineers, troubleshooting and service staff regarding spare parts, payments, agreements validity, or any other requirements and complaints from customers.Prepares the material requisitions to issue the spare parts for maintenance jobs.Closes the requisition job on the Oracle system and issues service requests in the Oracle System.Manages data entries and controls the credit situation during the whole maintenance/project cycle in Oracle System.Requirements· BA or BSc or Sec + 2-3 Years Diploma in Administration or any other related major.
