Sr. Business Development Manager - Dubai

BA is a strategic business group within Honeywell comprising such Business Units as Fire & Security, BMS, Honeywell Building Solutions and serving such verticals as Commercial Buildings, Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial, Critical Infrastructure, Smart Cities, and Sustainability.

The Sr. Business Development Manager is responsible for managing the business development activities for BA Mid-Mass-Market products with key end-users, consultants, designers, and partners. This role oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans to support sales in designated market segments, identifies volume and strategic customers, and develops partnerships. The manager will also identify and implement business development projects related to new and/or existing industries, technologies, or services, and work closely with the Business Leader to achieve sales targets in line with strategic plan expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments.

Identify volume and strategic customers and develop partnerships.

Identify and implement business development projects related to new and/or existing industries, technologies, or services. Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentations.

Manage NAFFCO Key Account programs - Emergency Lighting, Suppression BTS, Inspire Product Switch.

Identify new consultants/designers, present Honeywell offerings, and help to understand technical advantages against competition.

Develop dedicated programs for consultants/designers to grow loyalty to brand-name and businesses.

Identify big end-users within the key verticals, build positive relationships, and act as an ambassador of Honeywell.

Identify key general contractors and developers on the market and develop business relations at all levels.

Liaise with existing key customers in the region and ensure proper support in a fast and professional manner.

Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and develop strategic direction from market information.

Act as cross-sales manager between businesses in the region, assist offering teams in evaluating product portfolio, and support observational voice of the customer (OVOC).

Qualifications:

15 years minimum industry knowledge.

10 years sales experience.

Preferred experience in the fire industry.

Experience in driving mass mid-segment initiatives/adjacencies.

Ability to work with functions, commercial sellers, and regional sales leaders.

Drive demand generation.

Update Nex pipeline opportunities.

Short and midterm focus projects with a minimum span of 2 years.
