You will be responsible for analyzing AI use cases and recommend secure and trustworthy solutions involving our sanctioned AI and LLM models, as well as conducting security assessments of our AI and LLM systems and processes. You will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to provide security guidance and best practices for AI and LLM development and deployment.What you'll do here:Analyze AI use cases and identity threats involving AI and LLM models, such as unauthorized access, data leakage, model tampering, adversarial attacks, or ethical violations.Perform security assessments of AI and LLM systems and processes, such as data collection, model training, testing, validation, deployment, and maintenance, using security frameworks and standards, such as NIST or ISO.Recommend and implement security controls and countermeasures to protect AI and LLM models and systems from security risks and vulnerabilities, such as encryption, authentication, authorization, logging, backup, recovery, or anomaly detection.Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders, such as AI and LLM developers, engineers, testers, validators, users, customers, regulators, or auditors, to provide security guidance and best practices for AI and LLM development and deployment.Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and threats in the field of AI and LLM security and ethics, and participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.What you bring to the table:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.At least 3 years of experience in security operations, analysis, or engineering, preferably in an AI or LLM environment.Strong knowledge and skills in security concepts, principles, and practices, such as security frameworks and standards, risk management, threat modeling, security testing, or security auditing.Strong knowledge and skills in AI and LLM concepts, principles, and practices, such as AI and LLM lifecycle, data management, model development, testing, validation, deployment, and maintenance.Proficiency in using security tools and technologies, such as SIEM systems, firewalls, antivirus, encryption, or vulnerability scanners.Proficiency in using AI and LLM tools and technologies, such as AI and LLM platforms, frameworks, libraries, or languages.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Certifications in security or AI, such as CISSP, CISM, or AI Ethics, are preferred but not required.Bilinguism - an asset (FR-ENG) - For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:$88,500.00 - $132,700.00What we offerWorking here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
