The Learning & Development Executive forms part of the HR team. Under the leadership of the Director of HR, this role promotes the hotel's learning and development strategy to achieve talent growth and organizational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development Strategy: Align with the Director of HR to promote and implement the hotel's learning and development strategy.

Training Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and development programs in accordance with Marriott and Le Meridien standards.

Identify training needs by assessing the skills required for employees to excel in their roles.

Monitor and track the progress of training initiatives.

Maintain accurate training records for all employees.

Employee Learning Environment: Strive to create an organizational culture where employees have the necessary opportunities, capabilities, and environment to learn effectively.

Onboarding Program: Deliver and support the team in the execution of the hotel's onboarding program for new associates.

General HR Support: Assist with general human resources duties and projects.

Act as an HR representative, providing support to employees and addressing HR-related queries or concerns.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
