This will take your career to the next level; you will be immersed in heavy-duty IP networking with ample training opportunity. Your responsibilities include: 1. Unpacking and setting up routers and switches in a data center environment 2. Running/troubleshooting scripts on switches and routers. 3. Unpacking and packing each unit after the technical process. 4. Installing and configuring DELL / HP servers and DELL / HP Workstations. 5. Setting up RAID and deploying Windows 2008 R2 / 2012 /2016 /2019 Server operating system. 6. Working parallel on multiple servers. 7. Understanding the P/N catalog and completing the label printing according to it. 8. Opening the boxes, putting the server on the rack, and preparing them for QC for the supervisor and remote QC if needed. 9. Perform base-level configuration where some TROUBLESHOOTING may be required. 10. Repetition of work and process. Preparing some systems as rack ready and plug and play. No high-end installation or configuration is to be done. Work according to a pre-defined checklist. Required skills and experience: Hands-on experience on Cisco routers/switches Good understanding of IP networking Experience in configuring HP and DELL Rack and Tower servers as well as workstations Knowledge of generating scripts using CLI Experience in partitioning hard drives and RAID settings Experience deploying Windows and Linux Operating Systems Candidate should be comfortable with repetition of work such as pulling the server out of the cartons putting it on the rack, putting it back in, and packing it up once it's configured The candidate must be able to lift 50 Lbs Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Candidate should be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented and work independently with minimum supervision Desirable skills: CCNA certification is a plus Experience working in an assembly line or having done integration according to checkpoint documentation is a plus High Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
