Process & Product Improvement:

Ensure that the teams are using processes that result in great outcomes for our stakeholders.

Ensure that technologies and platforms are appropriate, and solve the problems at hand, while also future-proofing and catering for forecasted scale.

What you need to bring:

Deep knowledge and understanding of software engineering principles, technologies and best practices.

Strong software development background with a history of being an engineer & expertise in multiple mainstream technology stacks (RoR, Node, JVM, .NET, etc).
