Job details
Offers the successful candidate the opportunity for a great deal of variety as it covers administration in the areas of: General Office; HR; PA to MD; Quality; holiday cover to Customer Services and potentially payroll. The Ideal Candidate:
- High levels of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to adhere to procedures and work to deadlines effectively
- Ability to juggle demands from various sources and be able to prioritise accordingly
- Full competency in all Microsoft Office packages
- Confidence to work with other bespoke IT systems specific to our business
- Experience in similar roles, including elements of confidentiality
- Creation and maintenance of HR documentation
- Any other relevant administrative tasks that may occur as the role develops
