Job description As a Jewellery Merchandiser at Uma Ornaments, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our creative vision forward. We're seeking individuals with a Jewelry design degree education background who can seamlessly blend their artistic flair with business acumen. *What You'll Do:*✨ Communicate effectively with clients, fulfil their requirements, and manage projects seamlessly. ✨ Comfortable with occasional travel (3-4 days) to meet with clients and explore new opportunities. ✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies and also to ensure effective product launches and promotions ✨ Collaborate with the product development team to curate captivating collections that resonate with our diverse customer base. ✨ Handle the creative aspects of the company, from conceptualizing new designs to overseeing production processes. ✨ Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials. ✨ Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or new product offerings ✨ Determine product assortments and quantities to fulfill customer demands and increase sales What We're Looking For: ✨Proficiency in using basic Ms-excel, Canva and Gati software. Familiarity with various materials, gemstones, metals used in jewelry production. A design degree education background with a keen eye for aesthetics. Innovative thinking and a passion for staying abreast of the latest trends in jewellery design. Proven experience in merchandising within the jewellery industry. Strong knowledge of product development processes, from concept creation to production. Note: We are looking for a junior jewellery merchandiser who has a minimum of 1 year of experience in jewelry industry. Package offered: 3-4 LPA Work Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
