As a Customer Sales Executive for our tech company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of customers. Leveraging your one year of experience in sales, you will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services. You will work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed targets while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, emails, and networking events. Utilize your sales skills to convert leads into paying customers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Understand their business goals and challenges to effectively position our services as solutions. Develop a deep understanding of our tech products and services. Stay updated on new features and enhancements to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Identify new market opportunities and contribute ideas to improve the sales process. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Consistently track and report sales metrics to management, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Provide ongoing support to customers post-sales. Address any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and identify areas for growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum one year of experience in sales, preferably in a tech company or related industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
