Joining people together through authentic and soulful experiences their proximity to rich cultures offers distinctly humbling journeys of incredible discovery.As a Marketing Executive you will support the Director of Sales & Marketing and Marketing & Communications Manager with the planning and execution of an effective marketing & communications strategy that builds and maintains a powerful online presence for the hotel as well as increases revenue grows market share and creates a consistent multichannel experience for our users and guests.Being a Bab Al Shams Resort employee means embodying and conveying the brand mindset through the values of Connection Warmth Care and Empowerment. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesPassionate about the digital world with a deep understanding of the everevolving digital and social media environments.Support the liaison between Marketing and Communications Department and creative agency on the international and local campaigns creative and media plans.Assist on consolidating monthly PR coverages and creating marketing presentations.Assist in maintaining comprehensive master library for all advertising collateral and public relations activities.Able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and planningAssist and coordinate marketing and communications activities press activities hotel sponsored events and community related activities.Datadriven thinking and strong quantitative analytical and problemsolving skills including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives.Solid knowledge of website analytics and CRM/marketing automation toolsExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels as per Kerzner SOPsOutofthebox thinker creative and innovatorUp to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Key ResponsibilitiesTo develop implement track and optimize the hotels digital marketing campaigns across all paid owned and earned channels.To regularly track analyses and report weekly monthly and quarterly on campaigns and channels performances vs. agreed KPIs and budgetTo design build and maintain social media presence and campaigns.To collaborate and manage relationships with agencies and third parties.To manage various etools e.g. CRM CMS ORM Social Media Management Platforms etc.To build maintain and update customer databases including Campaign & Sprinklr.To set up distribute monitor and analyses direct communications and email marketing campaigns via CRM.To ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.To contribute to the planning of integrated marketing campaignsTo manage the distribution of content across all channels and to ensure it is constantly up to date and in line with the brand guidelines.To manage and monitor the hotels online reputation across different reviews sites and social media platforms / Google Trip Advisor Seven Rooms and OTAsTo identify trends insights and opportunities to optimize performance.To monitor and report on competitors online activities Requirements Experience & Educational RequirementsBachelor or Masters degree from an accredited university in Marketing Information Technology or Computer Science.Desirable Google Analytics or Meta certified.At least 3 years of marketing experience leading and managing marketing campaigns.Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Suite Word Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite; social media listening/ tracking and analytic toolsInternet marketing experience in the hospitality/travel industryStrong understanding of traditional and online marketing tactics and strategyMarketing experience in hospitality/travel industryStrong understanding of traditional and online marketing tactics and strategyFamiliarity with design software preferred.Content management and web analytics experienceKnowledge of website production with a firm grasp of website fundamentalsAbility to independently manage multiple tasks and projects.Demonstrates selfconfidence energy and enthusiasm.Initiative and Commitment to AchieveEffective CommunicationAttention to detail.Team workInterpersonal skillsStrategic ThinkingJoin a team that is warmcaring connected and empowered to create truly unique experiences.
