Are you passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Do you have the expertise to lead a team and optimize cleaning processes We are looking for a dedicated Senior Cleaning Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our cleaning operations.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage cleaning activities across multiple sites or facilities.Standard Implementation: Develop and implement cleaning procedures, standards, and quality control measures.Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise cleaning managers and staff, ensuring effective communication and performance management.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to standards.Collaboration: Work with other departments to prioritize cleaning needs and ensure efficient service delivery.Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement and stock replenishment.Maintenance Coordination: Address maintenance or repair needs related to cleaning equipment and facilities.Compliance: Ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and customer requirements.Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries or complaints related to cleaning services.Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to optimize cleaning processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.External Management: Oversee the management and supervision of external cleaning contractors or vendors, if applicable.Reporting: Prepare and present reports on cleaning operations, performance metrics, and budget utilization.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and best practices.Extensive experience in managing and leading a cleaning team in a similar role.Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning activities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.Proficiency in using cleaning equipment, tools, and software applications.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment.Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is required.Person Specifications:Leadership and management skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mind-set.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands.Health and Safety Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines in all cleaning operations.Provide training and awareness to staff on health and safety practices and protocols.Regularly assess the work environment to identify and address potential health and safety hazards.
