Business Development Manager - Construction IndustryOn behalf of our client, a prestigious global leader in waste management solutions, we are looking to recruit an experienced Western Educated Business Development Manager to work in a multicultural environment in Dubai.Responsibilities:Aggressively marketing the client's solutions/income/business each year, whilst working closely with the technical and estimating team.Pricing of projects/jobs and contract and client negotiations.Heading up the expansion of new markets and continuing to expand existing markets and client portfolio.Driving peak performance and sales success across the organization.Involvement with the tender process, providing project support, and liaising with clients until approval of proposals and drawings.Extensive travel to KSA, Qatar, and new markets within the Middle East and Europe.Required Skills, Attributes & Experience:Male, a native English speaker (or at least Western Educated) with excellent communication skills.An engineering qualification, ideally an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree.Construction/MEP experience is preferred.Experience in the Middle East is essential.Minimum of 10 years work experience, with at least 5 years spent in Business Development at a senior level.Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business whilst working to targets.Financial and negotiation skills are necessary.Application Instructions:Please make sure you send your CV as a WORD DOCUMENT and list the types of construction projects you have been involved with as a BDM.
