Today, Al-Futtaim operates through more than 65 companies in sectors as diverse as commerce, industry and services, and employs in excess of 20,000 people across the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Pakistan, Singapore and Europe.ResponsibilitiesPerform the coordination and follow up between the department and various government authorities in order to process and finalize the trade licenses of the business units.Review/Submit the application and report the feedback to the back office team.Track the progress of the transaction submitted in order to expedite the approvals and facilitate the issuance of any NOC required.Process and finalize the business licensing, Membership Certificates, Agency Certificates, Commercial Registration and Insurance Certificates, Police Reports, RERA / DM applications or any other government applications required by the business units.Provide recommendations that could reduce the costs or timeframe or facilitate any barriers may occur during the processing of trade licenses.Work closely with the business unit representatives in order to ensure the right arrangement of documents and clarify any further requirements or updates.Prepare status reports/monthly report about the daily transactions submitted.Prepare the correspondences required for the government authorities and forward to the Manager for approval.Assist the back office team in documents preparation and archiving purposes.Attract satisfaction through quality image, and represent the department with excellence.RequirementsArabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / Excellent Job SkillsExcellent writing and communication skills; Fluency in Arabic and English is an essential requirement.A proactive, flexible outlook with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.Computer skills - excellent knowledge of Windows is required (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Extremely detail oriented.Creative mindset and 'can-do' attitude.Additional InformationOwn a Car: AnyHave Driving License: AnyAbout The CompanyEstablished in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
