Job details
Our client is the GCC's first within their area of business, focused mainly within financial services.You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations excellent processes and ensure they are running smoothly and in compliance with the clients' policies and procedures. You will manage a team of HR Business Partners in the contact centre and ensure high delivery within the SLA target.Key accountabilities of the role will include:High quality team performanceEnsuring rules and regulations are up to dateEnsuring that policies and procedures are accurate and aligned with goals and strategiesEnsuring that cost-effective plans are in placeBudgeting for salaries and headcountsThe successful candidate should be proficient in HR practices and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field alongside a CIPD qualification. You should have at least five years of proven experience working within an HR position, alongside previous contact centre experience.
