Responsibilities are based around the sale of financial products that AFF offers and include:Manage F&I Process and Sales of a designated Sales Team within the Branch NetworkAchieve Personal and Sales Team targets set by the Divisional F&I ManagerTo aid the sell the maximum number of New and used vehicles possibleTo optimise the sales of value added productsTo optimise the sales of conventional and Islamic Finance productsMaking the best profit possible for the companyEnsuring customer engagement is and remains paramountEnsure all customer data is effectively recorded on to FastrackOwnership of end to end F&I performance and resultsManage Documentation flow between AFF hub staff and F&IWork as an Equal with The Showroom SuperJob RequirementsExperience: AnyCareer Level: JuniorJob Type: Full TimeVacancies: 2 Open PositionsSalary: NegotiableGender: AnyDegree Level: Bachelor's degreeMajor: AccountingLanguages: English - Fluent / Excellent, Arabic - Fluent / ExcellentJob SkillsThe successful candidate will have:Strong knowledge of F&I process, structure, systems and methodologyStrong understanding of F&I products and services, including Islamic and conventional funding and insurance featuresAbility to manage sales staff in the referral of customers to the F&I ManagerAbility to present, advise and communicate F&I products and services to retail & SME customersUnderstanding of auto sales processes (dealer level UAE)Strong interpersonal facilitation and presentation skillsAbility to influence and gain financial commitment at customer levelsStrong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiencyUnderstanding/Knowledge of competitor consumer offers, rates and market strategiesPrevious automotive experience preferredLanguages: Fluent English - Arabic an AdvantageAbout The CompanyEstablished in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
