Job description PERFORMANCE MARKETER Company: Leeford Healthcare Limited Job Description: As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach them effectively. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and ultimately, increase sales. Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and email marketing Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and compelling content for digital campaigns Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance measurement Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices Experience with performance measurement and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Salary - Negotiable Location - Ludhiana Experience - 2 yrs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule:
