Senior Ux/ui Web Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior UX/UI Web Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of creating exceptional online user experiences. Your designs will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, making you a key player in our success. You'll use the latest technologies to design intuitive graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets. Key Responsibilities:

1. Investigate user experience design requirements for our digital assets.
2. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for the brand.
3. Produce high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
4. Design user interface elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
5. Test UI elements like target links for landing pages.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team and internal/external designers to create tailored digital user experiences.
7. Provide advice on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
8. Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.

1. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of UI/UX Web Design experience for digital products or services.
2. At least 3 years of app design experience.
3. A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX Web Design work for web and landing pages platforms.
4. Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
8. Expertise in UX Designing, UI Designing, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, CSS3, and HTML.
