Job Description: Business Development Executive Position : Business Development Executive  Location : Bangalore Company: Vedaearth Lounge and Spa Role Type : Fieldwork ( 60 % field work +40 % Desk Job) Reporting Location: South End Circle, Jayanagar , Head Office  Experience : 3 to 4 yrs min Language:  Hindi, English, Kannada ( More Regional Language is an add-on) About Us: Veda earth Lounge and Spa is a pioneer in the wellness industry, offering a unique blend of Ayurveda and aromatherapy. As we expand our reach, we seek a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive collaborations, tie-ups, and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Develop Partnerships:  Identify potential collaboration opportunities with local businesses, wellness centers, corporate clients, and influencers to expand Vedaearth’s reach. - Field Work: Conduct field visits to potential partners, clients, and event locations to establish and nurture business relationships. - ** Promotional Activities: ** Plan, execute, and oversee promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. - ** Tele calling :** Make 50-80 calls daily to potential clients and partners, following up as necessary to nurture relationships and close deals. - ** CRM Handling :** Maintain and update the CRM system with call logs, client interactions, and follow-up activities. - ** Market Research :** Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team. - **Networking:** Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote Vedaearth Lounge and Spa and establish valuable connections. - **Collaboration: ** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development activities with overall company objectives. - ** Sales Targets:** Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. - **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to the management team. **Requirements:**- **Experience:** Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or hospitality industry. - **Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
