Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for QC Inspector (Painting & Coating) to join a top qualified and knowledgeable quality controls team in one of our projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.   1. Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify and determine quality and engineering criteria for materials, workmanship and testing requirements related to Coating & Painting works.
  2. Perform verification inspection of work elements related to E&I works, to assure compliance with established procedures and Project’s specified requirements.
  3. Participate in on-site receiving Inspection of Coating & Painting materials.
  4. Prepare and review concrete specifications, mix design, and ITPs.
  5. Conduct Coating & Painting Testing Standards, Onshore & Offshore Construction (O&G) Inspections.
What you will need to have:
  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized/reputed University.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as Coating & Painting QC Inspector in the Oil & Gas industry.
  3. Familiarity with Shell DEP’s and international codes & standards.
  4. NACE Level II or CSWIP / BGAS Grade 2.
  5. Fluency in English.
  6. Previous experience working with ADNOC projects.
  7. Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including the use of MS Office.

  • Is able to work both independently, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills.
  • Has excellent organizational skills.
