Job Description

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive/Personal Assistant Duties (60%):
  • Provide comprehensive support to the CFO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CFO.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other personal assistant tasks as required.
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-up on important matters on behalf of the CFO.
  • HR Administrative Duties (40%):
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.

Job Requirements

  Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, providing executive support or handling HR-related tasks.
  • Experience in a finance-related role or supporting a finance executive is highly valued.
  • Education:
  • A background in Finance is preferred. Candidates with a degree in Business Administration or a related discipline will also be considered.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
