INTECH Process Automation is looking for a Mechanical Design Lead with extensive hands-on experience along with management skills. - Must know FEED, detailed design of brownfield and greenfield projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Conduct Piping Stress Analysis to design documentation and deliverables such as piping flexibility and stress reports, nozzle load reports, and pipe support load calculations.
- Understanding of the material selection process for piping, structure, valves, and buildings.
- Selection/design of static and rotary equipment like pressure vessels, Shell/Tube Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Pumps, Compressors.
- Design reviews for Skids including stress analysis of piping and structure analysis.
- Hands-on experience in piping, instrumentation, and fabrication.
- Experience in technical bid evaluations and comparative analysis. Additional experience in proposals, tenders, and bidding procedure would be a plus.
- Project, procurement management, and cost-controlling abilities.
- Vendor and subcontractor management, inter-discipline coordination, customer conflict resolution, change order management, and experience in developing goal-oriented teams.
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
- Aspiring candidate must have 10+ years of hands-on experience with 3+ years in a lead role.
- Gulf experience would be preferred.
- Must have experience in integration & commissioning of mechanical equipment (skids preferred).
- Must have experience using the following software: CADWorx, CAESAR II, STAAD Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD.
