Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting all brand and marketing matters, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and optimising ad campaigns.  Responsibilities

• Support the team on all brand and marketing matters.
• Plan social media calendars, create engaging content and manage the social media channels (LI, FB, IG and Tiktok).
• Plan and manage ad buys and improve ROAS.
• Work closely with the creative team and manage the designs produced.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative teams, ensuring productive and innovative idea generation.
• Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate on crafting innovative social media strategies and ensure their seamless execution.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with social media trends and popular topics, and adjust strategies and content accordingly.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirement

• Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or relevant field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Possess relevant skills for social media content creation.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Detail-oriented and capable of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive go-getter with a growth mindset, eager to take on challenges and contribute to team success.
• Preferably to start in October 2024.
