Senior Social Media Specialist - Crypto/Web3 (Dubai-based)

We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist/Content Creator to join our team! Your role involves crafting, assessing, and refining content for our company, destined for publication across our websites and social media platforms. Responsibilities:

• Acts as an expert on all areas of social media management, advertising, trends, and updates;
• Responsible for building and executing new category brands' social accounts and content across all platforms;
• Research and write content, develop the branding strategy of the company and maintain that throughout;
• Develop, plan, and help execute social media promotional calendars and programs;
• Manage the in-house influencer and content creation programs (validation, negotiation, contracts, communication, payment process, etc.);
• Schedule social media posts as per the plan (via Sprinklr);
• Presentable on camera to host livestreams
• Assist Project Managers in ensuring the content is attractive and engaging;
• Research new concepts and ideas and propose them to the team;

• Interested, curious and fairly knowledgeable about the crypto industry, with experience in trading (which can be non-crypto);
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field;
• A creative visionary with the charisma to host and present social content such as videos and reels;
• Thorough knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok;
• Strong understanding of social media KPI and metrics;
• A creative thinker with an ability to think out of the box with charisma and flaire to host social content (videos/reels)
