Job Description The Infrastructure Operations Engineer will be located in Bahrain and will report to the local IT manager. As an Infrastructure Operations Engineer, your primary role will be server/system patching, vulnerability remediation, OS and firmware standardization across the global environment in timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be the one who has hands on experience in Windows Server/Exchange/ESX administration, patching, vulnerability remediation. High Level responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot failed auto-patch deployments and perform patch installations, upgrades, and configurations in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with global teams including application and server owners to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure worldwide alignment
  • You may be involved on Windows Server build and decommissioning

  • Expect duty to expand beyond normal business hours
  • Working days: from Sunday to Thursday
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Windows Server Administration (Windows Server
  • VMware ESXi and vCenter administration
  • Hardware life cycle management (HPE, Dell) – firmware
  • Software update management, patching life cycle
  • NetApp, MSA etc…) will be a plus
  • Exchange Server Administration (Exchange 2016/2019
  • Networking topology global understanding (DMZ, load
  • Veeam backup technologies, will be a plus
