Information Technology Manager

Job Description The primary responsibility is to perform continuous assessment on the systems and improvise, fulfilling the gaps where applicable. Introduce and maintain the operational process to address the pain points of the business to improvise and ensure the applications are secure throughout and the ongoing issues are addressed. Background:

• Dynamics 365 Retail, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Shopify platform.
• Cisco Meraki, Azure services, Fortinet, Sophos.
• Ameyo, Alcatel, CCTV.
• MenaiTech, Dispatcher, CRM, WhatsApp Management.

1. Manage IT teams by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
2. Develop and document as-is/to-be business processes, configuration scripts, and other associated technical specifications from end user requirements.
3. Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
4. Analyze information needs and functional requirements. Evaluate information gathered, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.
5. Identify and resolve issues by recommending modifications to business processes.
6. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions and optimize operations. Conduct impact analysis of new products, systems, upgrades, and changes for department/functional areas, and evaluate systems and business processes for feasibility.
7. Provide guidance to stakeholders and business users on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project objectives using manual processes or software tools.
8. Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing.
9. Report, track, and communicate status and issues based on departmental defined reporting templates. Assist others in facilitating end user training and system documentation for new implementations.
10. Prepare appropriate procedures and documentation to hand-off support to super users, system administrators, or help desk groups.

• IT Management, Project Management, and Data Security skills
• Experience in implementing IT strategies and systems
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
