Business Process Specialist If you are a people-oriented individual with a strong background in systems management and a passion for process improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading provider in the hearing healthcare industry. As a Business Process Specialist. you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all business systems, including DM, POS, and AX. Your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive support services, escalating complaints as necessary, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller. On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the first level of support, coordinating with Global and Local Service Desks on system changes, upgrades, bugs, troubleshooting, and ensuring updates are communicated to relevant departments.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for team members, particularly regarding POS/AX updates.
  • Act as a support buddy for resolving POS-related issues efficiently.
  • Assist with tasks such as patient refunds, commission statement preparation, and AX training for new hires.
  • Work closely with global teams, particularly from Denmark, requiring strong liaison and communication skills.
To be considered for interview,  your skills and experience will include:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with English as a first language
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably POS and AX.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland without any Visa Restrictions.
  • Position focused on systems management for the first 1-2 years, with potential to support other areas thereafter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
