Therefore, to expand our capabilities, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team. Requirements:

  1. Russian fluent
  2. English fluent
  3. Relevant experience from 1 year
  4. Good knowledge of logistics operations
  5. Energetic, result-oriented, hardworking person with highly developed communication skills
  6. Team worker
  7. Good planning and organizational skills
  8. Experienced PC user
Responsibilities:
  1. Meetings with clients, identification of customer needs
  2. Analysis of company capabilities, preparation of commercial proposals
  3. Participation in the organization and coordination of interaction between the client and operations team
  4. Control of operations team response, ensuring response to customer requests within the deadlines previously set by the client
  5. Development and submission to the client proposals for optimizing business processes
  6. Support and quality control of the services provided
  7. Regular meetings with the operations team
  8. Issue invoices and control timely payments
  9. Take actions to prevent overdue receivables
  10. Organization and participation in the regular meetings with each customer
