Our goal is to become a reputed partner in the food, flavour, oral care, and pharmaceutical industries.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and food safety within our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a strong background in food technology, quality control systems, and excellent communication skills.Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain quality manuals and supporting documentation for FSSC, BRC, HALAL, KOSHER, and FSMS.Address all quality and hygiene issues, implement HACCP food safety systems, monitor cleaners' activities, prepare schedules, and assign work areas.Ensure compliance with FSMS and basic food safety standards in quality control, production, and operations.Monitor and program Critical Control Points (CCPs).Conduct internal audits, MRM, and quarterly PRP-GMP audits as scheduled.Control and monitor outsourcing activities.Prepare, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).Manage quality and safety standards of food products and manufacturing processes.Monitor staff personal hygiene, conduct physical checks on finished products with labeling.Cross-check raw materials, store physical conditions, and staff health conditions.Prepare and document weekly reports.Ensure accuracy and updates of food safety records.Ensure compliance with all food safety and worker safety practices.Participate in activities related to ISO/HACCP quality systems.Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.Assist the team during customer and regulatory audits.The Ideal Candidate:Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology, Food Science, or Chemistry.5-8 years of experience in the Food and Flavours Industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in implementing food safety standards in the industry.Conduct in-house training and awareness on food safety matters.Perform internal food hygiene and safety audits.Reporting to: Head of Quality Assurance (QA)Interested candidates can send their CV at jobs@norex.invisit our website at www.norex.in PRB
