Key Responsibilities:- *Student Engagement*: Inspire and motivate students enrolled in distance and online programs.- *Academic Support*: Assist students with academic queries and guide them through their coursework.- *Issue Resolution*: Address and resolve academic issues promptly and effectively.- *Communication*: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between students and the university.- *Mentorship*: Provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.Qualifications:- *Education*: MBA or MCA preferred.- *Experience*: Freshers or candidates with 1-5 years of relevant experience.- *Skills*: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire students, problem-solving skills.
