We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our construction company.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the executive team and project managers.Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, in both Arabic and English.Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence in Arabic and English.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Administrative Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role within a construction company.Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.Previous experience working in the construction industry is a definite asset.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with construction industry terminology.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
