About Our Client A leading consultancy firm for venues, events and sporting federations with ambitious growth plans in the region Job DescriptionLead on complex project engagements and take full ownership of operational delivery, drawing on the expertise of the multi-disciplinary team at your disposalDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful project delivery on time and in budgetEstablish the client as a market leader by securing new business opportunities, leveraging your network and effectively communicating the company's value propositionLead business development activities to identify new opportunities as well as maintain existing relationships through excellence of deliveryBuild strong relationships with colleagues, actively contribute to the management team and take the lead on strategic initiatives The Successful ApplicantDegree-qualified in a relevant field Substantial experience at a senior leadership level in a consultancy environment, specifically on sport engagements within the Middle EastEstablished network of contacts within the sports/venues/events sector Proven track record of securing new business and developing strong client relationships Commercial awareness and experience with sound business decision-making and contract negotiation Proficient in MS Office and iOS applications What's on OfferAttractive tax-free salary Excellent company culture with a primary focus on employee well being
