Job details

• Prepares cargo for each individual shipment according to client crude oil lifting program, the estimated time of arrival of the nominated tanker and the Site operation requirements. • Co-ordinates with OMT, Abu Dhabi, Tankers requesting additional cargo quantity, clarifies any ambiguities related to oil accounts & shipping matters and Tanker movement I port movement. • Checks & signs Das production & export report which consists of opening & closing stocks, crude oil analysis, the amount of crude oil released I received from I into storage tanks to fill I empty new sections of pipelines, crude stock I deliveries, quantity of crude oil to be pumped back to COS tanks for maintenance purposes, ... etc. • Follows up with OMT, Abu Dhabi, Das Process & Storex and Marine on crude oil levels, export program, arrival Ideparture of tankers and berthing priorities. • Follows up with OASC, SPC and OMT, Abu Dhabi on Quality of oil, quantities exported, documentation of tankers, port dues and movement of ships, as per OMT's instructions. • Directs, following the crude oil & condensate Off-take Procedure, the loading operations, cargo nominations and documentation instructions, as per OMT's instructions. • Follows up with OASC, Marine Team Leader and Petroleum Port Officer (PPA), Production controllers of client on berthing criteria, payment of port charges and arrival I departure of tankers. Skill set • B. Sc. Degree in Production/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.• Very good knowledge of computer skills / systems / Operations Accounting.) • 7-8 years experience in oil production, processing and Terminal operations.• Numerical Accuracy and analytical mind.• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
