Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 03/18/2024 1) Acquiresand submits required documents from customers and follow up its submittalsleading up to its approval. 2) Correspondswith the customer. 3) Prepares& follows up on projects/maintenance agreements prior to the agreementexpiry date. 4) Poststhe signed maintenance/projects agreement to the Oracle System. 5) Prepares& issues maintenance/projects invoices as per the contract. 6) Followsup on outstanding payments from clients. 7) Coordinateswith the site engineers, trouble shooting and service staff regarding spareparts, payments, agreements validity or any other requirements and complaintsfrom customers. 8) Preparesthe material requisitions to issue the spare parts for maintenance jobs. 9) Closesthe requisition job on the oracle system and issues service requests in theOracle System. 10) Managedata entries and control the credit situation during the wholemaintenance/project cycle in Oracle System. Requirements · BA or BSc. Or Sec + 2-3 Years Diploma in Administration orany other related major.
