You will lead the design of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences that delight customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design strategy from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers on product visuals and experience.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers and foster creativity.
- Proven experience with a strong design portfolio.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Adobe XD.
