Virtual Removals Sales Estimator

Relocruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-established Removals & Storage firm based in West London. For over 15 years, our client has been delivering peace of mind and professional service to both domestic and commercial customers. They are now seeking a Digital Removals Sales Surveyor to join their busy team. This is a full-time, office based position. Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Key Responsibilities: • Carry out removals surveys (100% videos surveys) for both domestic and commercial clients • Conducting circa 10 surveys per day. • Upselling additional services wherever possible. • Provide detailed survey notes and liaise with the Move Manager to ensure quotations reflect the clients’ requirements using company survey software. • Manage follow up process and record detailed updates within the database. • Follow up, negotiate, and close sales with support from the Move Manager. • Adhere to company policies and H&S guidelines. Other Responsibilities: • Produce accurate survey reports. • Attend sales meetings. • Communicate leads of interest. • Build relationships and assist in marketing the business. Essential Skills: • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to engage with an array of clients. • Excellent organisational and attention to detail with knowledge of surveying/estimating domestic and commercial removals. • A track record of high achievement in a target driven environment. • Well presented, well-spoken; must be a great Ambassador for the company. • Flexibility, to respond to changing business needs. • Willingness to engage, learn and share best practices across the team and organization. • In-depth understanding of confidentiality with a professional approach in the workplace. • Good time management, administration, and number skills. • A team player. • A great knowledge of London. • A self-motivated, driven, and passionate individual with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
