Job Description:
1. To arrange an efficient and effective transportation plan for the workers and keep it up to date.
2. Arrange on-call transportation for the workers for any temporary/scheduled job.
3. Monitor the drivers through the GPS system and ensure that they are not exceeding the KMs as per the created transportation plan, speed limits, and fuel consumption.
4. Monitor fuel consumption, identify any excess, and address it by taking necessary rectification actions.
5. Ensure that vehicle servicing is done on time to avoid interruptions in workers' transportation by creating necessary daily check-up procedures and monitoring vehicle KMs.
6. Monitor workers' trips through the metro and ensure that metro cards are refilled on time.
7. Ensure that drivers' driving licenses and vehicle registrations are renewed on time in coordination with the PRO.
Job Requirements:
The job holder should:
Be a high school degree holder (holding a university degree will be an added advantage).
Have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position handling a complicated transportation plan with different timings, schedules, and locations.
Be in Qatar with a valid Qatari ID and ready to join immediately.
Have very good experience working with GPS systems (set up and reporting).
Have good analytical skills with a good level of experience in Microsoft Office.
Be a good problem solver, capable of making the right decisions at the right time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Do you have experience in arranging complicated transportation plans with different timings and locations for up to 15 vehicles of different sizes (heavy & light)?
How many years of work experience do you have with GPS systems to track vehicles?
What is your level of analytical & reporting skills from 1 to 10 (1 very low, 10 very good)?
Do you have experience in dealing with garages for vehicle maintenance?
Have you managed a team of technicians for vehicles such as mechanics, tire men, and electricians? Do you have technical knowledge in these areas?
Are you willing to achieve the main objective of ensuring efficiency and effectiveness by avoiding wastage in fuel consumption, drivers' assignment, and number of trips?
