The role is aimed at Increasing the Go-To-Market Capacity and Coverage with Reseller Partners as well as developing Strategic ‘ Influencer‘ relationships that can deliver Incremental Opportunities across the Platform and Industry Vertical/Sub-vertical segments that Epicor serves. The KPIs of the role will be to recruit new mid-sized ( $25m+) Reseller partners and key Industry Influencers, with relevant experience in the Manufacturing and Distribution Sectors as well as in the Platform areas of ERP, ECM , CPQ and MES and to deliver incremental Pipeline and RFI/RFP opportunity for the sales teams to execute. Responsibilities
- The role will involve 2 strategic areas, across UKI and Europe
- Develop and execute a Partner Recruitment Strategy with Mid-size Partner Resell Cos ( $25m Plus)
- Working with RVPs and TMs, Identify key target Partners by Country and Expertise
- Engage at Board level, use Epicor Value Proposition and secure commitment, joint Plan, headcount
- to develop and drive GTM Strategy
- To deliver min 6 new Resell Partners in each Region for key Platforms – Kinetic, CPQ, MES and ECM
- Identify Key Influencer types and target Companies, securing minimum 5 for each Region
- Execute Strategy to engage and Influence desire to engage with Epicor
- Onboard Influencer and develop Strategic relationship to ensure Epicor is engaged in at least 10 Incremental opportunities
- Extensive experience in Partner/Alliance Business Development and recruitment
- Ability to Operate at CxO and Board level with Partners/Consulting Pratcices
- Knowledge and experience of the Partner/VAR and Influencer landscape across the Regions
- Excellent Written and verbal Communication skills
- Ability to operate in a networked/Matrix environment
- Self- starter with can-do ,will-do attitude
- Results driven
- Knowledge of manufacturing sector preferable
