HSE Manager (Trenching Project) - RLIC/Al Khor, Qatar ** NOTE** Marine Experience is a requirement Company Description Meka Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is a specialist in Design & Build, EPC turnkey solutions for specialized marine infrastructure works, including subsea intake & outfall pipeline systems, pump houses, irrigation projects, trenching, and pipeline laying. The company was formed to take on specialised marine infrastructure projects and has executed challenging underwater pipeline projects for different clients. Role · HSE Manager you will play a key role in promoting and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulation and policies for the construction of the project. Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Carry out safety audits, risk assessments and incident investigations for dredging/trenching operations
  • Keep up to date with all health and safety and safe working practices
  • Provide in-house training with managers and employees regarding key health and safety issues
  • maintain a working knowledge of all Health & Safety legislation across the site by informing colleagues accordingly
  • Promote a culture of continuous H&S improvement and ensure best practice across the company.

Requirements · Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Engineering subject · Exposure to large multimillion $ projects – preferably from the marine/ offshore industry · Proven Health & Safety background on offshore International Projects · Solid career history with Main or Principal contractors · Ability to speak fluent English, Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic would be a plus point · NEBOSH and/ or IOSH qualified Skills - HSE Manager -Port/Harbour/Marine Project Experience -Should be working with contracting company -Managing safety personnel team. -Preferably India based candidates.
