About the Role We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and HRIS systems.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management.
• Develop and implement employee development programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
