How will you spend your days? Leading hands -to manage small projects while mentoring and motivating a small crew Experienced Scaffolders -  ideally ticketed Scaffolders This role would see you and your team transporting, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding for our customers, all while ensuring a safe work environment. * Working days and hours will be on a roster from Monday to Saturday, so flexibility is a must * Minimum guaranteed hours of work - 40 hours per week We would love to talk to you if you: * Have the ability to get to work on time * Good communication skills * Reliable, punctual, honest, and have a positive attitude * Have a proven work history * Physically fit * Comfortable working at heights * Have a can-do attitude * Keen and willing to learn * Willingness to commit to work and your team * Not afraid of hard work, and be rewarded for it * Ability to do overtime * Be ready to hit the ground running * Team player and ability to work independently Preferred: * Awesome if you hold a Class 1 and Class 2 license too!
